Port Bienville Industrial Park is located on the Pearl River and has been dredged to a depth of 12 feet. At mile marker 1.0, CSX has a swing bridge with a closed vertical clearance of 14 feet and a horizontal clearance of 87 feet. This bridge does not limit access for barges, towboats, and small vessels with drafts appropriate to the river depth.
Port Bienville Industrial Park is serviced by the Port Bienville Shortline Railroad, a Class III railroad, equipped with 17 miles of track and approximately 605 rail car storage capacity. The track can accommodate standard 286,000-pound loaded railcars. Services provided by the railroad include rail car storage, switching and weighing. Port Bienville Industrial Park is home to Cathcart Rail, that serves as running repair agent. Additionally, Port Bienville Shortline Railroad interchanges with Class I CSX at Ansley, Mississippi.
